Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. jumbo shells (for stuffing)
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 small onion
    small to medium bag yellow cheese
    small to medium bag Mozzarella cheese
    medium container sour cream
    large jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook hamburger and chopped onion until well done.
    Let cool. Mix together the hamburger, both cheeses and sour cream. Cook jumbo shells on medium heat just until shells are workable (able to stuff without breaking).
    Do not cook until they are completely done. Remove from heat. Run under cold water so they stop cooking and do not stick together.
    Stuff mixture into shells and put into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Put into oven at 350\u00b0.
    Cook until sauce begins to boil. Remove and eat.
