Holiday House Fragrance - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peel from 1/2 orange
    peel from 1/2 lemon
    1 small cinnamon stick
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 c. whole cloves
    1 1/2 qt. water
Preparation
    This is an on-the-top-of-the-stove or potpourri pot simmering fragrance (not edible).
