Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fine bread or cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. minced onions
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    3 c. hot water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soft bread crumbs in milk.
    Add ground beef, onions, eggs and seasonings.
    Mix thoroughly and shape into 1-inch meat balls. Melt butter in pan.
    Add meat balls and brown on all sides. Remove meat balls from pan.
    Stir flour into drippings and blend well.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and gradually add to flour mixture, stirring constantly until smooth.
    (Add Kitchen Bouquet for color.) Cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
    Add meatballs to sauce and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve warm.
