Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    2 tsp. butter
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. spinach juice
Preparation
    Drain spinach thoroughly, reserving 1/2 cup of the juice. Make thickening of butter, flour and juice by putting in small saucepan and bringing it to a slow boil. Remove thickening from heat and let it cool and mix with all the remaining ingredients. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered, in a 13 x 9 pan. Serves 6 to 8.
