Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large potatoes, boiled in skin and mashed
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cream together potatoes, 1/2 of sharp cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and margarine.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Put in remaining cheese on top.
    Cover.
    Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
