Date Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated and beaten (set aside whites)
    1 c. sugar, added to yolks
    3 Tbsp. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. dates, chopped fine and mixed with flour
    1 c. English walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except egg whites.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Put into buttered pan.
    Set in pan of lukewarm water.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream.
