Hot Chicken Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1 1/2 c. each: fine bread crumbs and ground pecans
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cut each wing in half and discard wing tips.
    In shallow pan, combine eggs and undiluted juice concentrate.
    In another pan, combine crumbs, pecans, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in a shallow roasting pan.
    Dip each chicken piece in egg mixture, then roll in crumbs.
    Put in pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Turn once during baking.
