Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add cocoa and food coloring.
    Add salt, flour, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Alternately add soda and vinegar.
    Blend; do not beat hard.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
