Beef Tater Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. onion
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Remove and drain grease. Combine 3 cups hot, mashed potatoes and 3/4 cup shredded cheese. Spread on meat mixture.
    Top with 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
    Bake another 20 minutes.
