Korean Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. soy sauce
1 large can pineapple juice
4 Tbsp. sesame oil
sesame seed (optional)
1 large onion, finely chopped
garlic to taste
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 to 4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into large baking dish.
(Save about 1 cup mixture.)
Marinate chicken in this mixture overnight. Cook chicken on grill, brushing often with extra mixture.
