Chicken On The Bun - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. finely chopped or cut chicken
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 to 3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
Cheddar cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Saute chicken, pepper, celery, onion and seasoning in melted butter or oleo.
When thoroughly heated and slightly browned, add evaporated milk and mix.
Remove from heat; cool and add chopped eggs and mayonnaise.
Spread on open half of bun.
Top with shredded cheese.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Then reheat at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
