Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. floured blueberries
Preparation
    Cream together the shortening and sugar before adding the eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
    Mix it thoroughly, then fold in the blueberries.
    Bake the batter in greased muffin tins at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
