Mrs. Holley'S Real Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix everything but vanilla.
    (I use a large Teflon skillet.) Place over slow heat and boil. Start timing when there's a rolling boil.
    Cook exactly 1 minute. Add vanilla. Cool, then beat. Add pecans, if desired.
