Sweet Bread Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. melted Crisco
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract

Preparation

Mix well all ingredients.
Prepare 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan with shortening and flour.
Bake for 30 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
