Upper Crust Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salad oil
4 large eggs
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. raw shredded carrots
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine dry ingredients and sift into large bowl.
Add
remaining
ingredients
and
mix
well. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch
pan.
Place
wax paper in bottom of pan. Pour batter into pan.
Bake
50
minutes or until top springs back to touch.
Let cake
cool
on
rack in pan before removing.
