Mandel Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 jumbo eggs (4 extra large)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 small jar cherries, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. chocolate bits (optional)
    1 tsp. each vanilla and almond flavoring
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together for 4 minutes.
    Add oil and beat 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add flour, salt and baking powder (mixed together).
    Mix by hand.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly by hand.
    Mix will be sticky.
    Using two ungreased cookie sheets or jelly roll pans, make 4 long rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
    Cut in pan and turn on sides. Return to oven to brown sides.
