Cool Summer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers, grated
    1/2 c. onion, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Chill several hours before serving. Makes 3 cups.
