Mock Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. boiling milk
3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together 2 times and add boiling milk.
Add beaten egg whites.
Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
