Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 c. white granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts (pecans), broken in pieces

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
Sift together flour, soda and salt; add to oil mixture.
Stir in apples and nuts.
This will be extremely thick.
Put into greased tube pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
