Hamburger Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. sifted flour
2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 c. warm water
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl, combine 4 cups flour and yeast. Combine warm water, oil, sugar and salt.
Add to dry ingredients in bowl.
Add eggs.
Beat at low speed of electric mixer for 1/2 minute, scraping sides of bowl.
Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
By hand, stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
