Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
2 c. cooked potatoes (can use canned potatoes)
Preparation

Use large frying pan to fry bacon.
Add onion; cook until onion is golden.
Add egg; stirring as it cooks.
Add vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and hard-boiled eggs.
Add cooked potatoes. Serve hot.
