Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
4 medium potatoes
1 c. cream-style corn
butter crumbs (optional)
Preparation

Brown beef and chopped onion until done.
Place beef and onion in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish.
Slice peeled potatoes over top of beef onion mixture.
Pour corn over top of potatoes.
Top with buttered crumbs if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 covered for 1 hour.
