Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag Tater Tots
    1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli spears
    1 stick margarine
    6 small green onions and tops
    10 oz. cream of mushroom soup*
    8 oz. sour cream
    10 oz. pkg. cheese, shredded
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese (optional)
    3/4 c. milk (optional)
Preparation
    Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
    Spread Tater Tots and then broccoli in dish.
    Melt margarine in frying pan.
    Saute sliced onions, including tops in butter.
    Mix soup, 2/3 of cheese and sour cream with onions.
    Pour over potatoes and broccoli.
    If too thick, I add about 3/4 cup milk and a little more sour cream to make it soupy; it cooks down thick.
    Add remaining cheese to top.
    (Add more cheese if you like.)
    I add Mozzarella cheese to top.
    It's great!!
