Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. wide noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 pt. each cottage cheese, sour cream and milk
4 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. golden raisins (optional)
cinnamon
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
In the pot noodles were cooked in mix hot noodles and margarine.
Add remaining ingredients to noodles and mix well.
Add cinnamon, teaspoon or more, and mix well.
Place in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
If kugel looks too wet, remove cover and bake a little longer.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve hot.
We use as a side dish with baked ham, roasted chicken or turkey.
