Mini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box San Giorgio mini lasagna
    26 oz. Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. fat-free Mozzarella cheese
    1 (15 oz.) container fat-free Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    parsley
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    In large baking dish, layer noodles and sauce. Mix egg, parsley and Ricotta cheese in bowl; spread mixture over 1st layer.
    Spread over 1/2 cup of Mozzarella.
