Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and eggs; slowly pour in milk in saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil throughout the pan.
Remove from heat, should be thick.
Add vanilla.
If you want to make a pie, only put in egg yolks.
Save whites for meringue.
Enough for 1 pie.
