Beef-Cabbage Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    4 or 5 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add cabbage and onion, mixing well.
    Arrange potatoes over cabbage; sprinkle with caraway seed. Crumble ground beef over potatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce over ground beef.
    Cover skillet and cook over low heat 30 to 35 minutes or until meat is done.
    Yields 4 servings.
