Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 pkg. roll Ritz crackers
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stir all together.
    Crumble 3 or 4 Ritz crackers on top, along with a small amount of shredded cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
