Ingredients

2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. rolled oats
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cornflakes
1 pkg. (8 oz.) coconut
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in cornflakes, oats and coconut. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Divide dough into 6 sections. On a piece of waxed paper, shape each section into a 7 x 1 1/2-inch roll.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
Place 3-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
