Kentucky Corn Pudding(Great Holiday Dish!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen corn or 3 c.
    4 eggs (beaten)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. butter (melted)
Preparation
    Blend melted butter, sugar, flour, and salt.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Add milk and mix well.
    Add corn last and stir.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 (only stir once).
    Where done, the pudding will be a custard consistency and golden brown on top.
    (Cover last 15 to 30 minutes if necessary due to brownness).
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
