Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. Bisquick
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    hot pepper (optional)
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix
    together
    with
    hands until well combined and form into small
    balls.
    Mixing
    is easier if ingredients are room temperature.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until done.
