Cheese Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 c. pastry or soft wheat flour, sifted before measuring
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter or substitute
3/4 c. solid cheese, cut in bits
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Remove 2 tablespoons of eggs to spread on top of the bread.
Add milk to eggs in bowl.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add these dry ingredients through a sifter to the milk and egg mixture and mix.
Melt the butter.
Add to the flour mixture.
Beat until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
