Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. margarine
    1 bag broccoli florets
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in 1 cup margarine.
    Add broccoli and mushroom soup.
    Cook rice in 2 cups water, 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon salt for 15 minutes.
    Add the Cheez Whiz. Mix together in large casserole; top with cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
