Tuna Medley Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) cans solid white albacore tuna
    1 medium size red onion
    1/2 c. finely diced green pepper
    1/2 c. dried cranberries
    3/4 c. finely diced peeled Washington apples
    3/4 c. walnut pieces
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt or pinch to taste
    2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
Preparation
    Put tuna, onion, green pepper, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in blender until finely chopped.
    Remove and add cranberries, apples and walnuts and blend in mayonnaise to taste. Makes 4 healthy sandwiches or serves as a dip with crackers.
