Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    29 oz. Veg all, drained
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    8 oz. cheddar cheese
    1 can of water chestnuts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 1/2 to 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
    1/2 to 1 stick of margarine
Preparation
    Put ingredients in baking dish.
    Cover with buttered Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
