Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    uncooked rice (regular)
    celery, diced
    onion, sliced
    1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1/2 can water
Preparation
    Lay chops in baking dish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    On each chop, place 1 tablespoon rice, on rice place 1 tablespoon celery, then a slice of onion.
    Pour soup diluted with water over all.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
