Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can Libby's pumpkin
3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 (12 oz.) can undiluted evaporated milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat eggs; stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0; continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean and it is high and puffy.
Cool and serve with Cool Whip and a maraschino cherry on top.
