Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. baking potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. onion salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into 1-inch cubes. Cook in boiling water to cover 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain and place in a large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, sour cream, margarine, milk, onion salt, pepper and salt.
    Beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth and fluffy. (Do not overbeat.) Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch or 3-quart baking dish. Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until thoroughly heated; garnish, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
