Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
4 c. diced fresh apples
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs in large bowl.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to oil mixture.
Stir well.
Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla.
Batter will be stiff.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan or 2 (6 x 9-inch) pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Makes 16 servings.
The cake freezes well.
