Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 1/4 c. hot water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. horseradish
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. chopped cooked beets
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water and add other ingredients.
Put in molds for 6 to 8 servings.
