Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped cucumbers
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
Preparation

Drain chopped vegetables thoroughly.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate several hours before serving.
