Potato Sourdough Bread Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. bread flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. Potato Sourdough Starter
    1 1/2 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Gradually stir in oil and remaining ingredients.
    Turn dough out onto a floured surface; knead lightly 4 to 5 times.
    Place in a well-greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0), free from drafts, for 2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
    Yields 6 cups.
