Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. fennel seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
9 lasagna noodles
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In heavy pan, lightly brown beef and onions in oil.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste, water, salt, garlic powder, parsley, basil, oregano, fennel seed, pepper and sugar.
Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
