Cowabunga - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. frozen concentrated orange juice
    1 c. strawberry-lemonade juice
    1/2 c. purified water
    2 large ripe bananas, sliced
    1 Tbsp. powdered chocolate
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. tofu
Preparation
    In a blender, blend juices and water with bananas on medium speed for 1 minute.
    Add chocolate, vanilla and tofu; blend for 1 minute.
    Makes 4 1/2 cups.
