Quick Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cube margarine (6 Tbsp.)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. fruit (berries, apple, peach, etc.)
    1/4 c. sugar (if using fresh fruit)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9-inch square pan or 2-quart casserole. Mix flour, baking powder, milk, sugar and salt.
    Stir together and pour over margarine.
    Top with fruit, adding small amount of sugar with fresh fruit. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
