Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 yellow squash
    instant minced onion
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    1/3 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Slice and cook squash in salted water with instant onion. Drain.
    Add 4 tablespoons oleo, tomatoes, cheese, salt and pepper; stir to blend.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Melt remaining oleo and pour over casserole and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
    Will freeze well.
