Shrimp Remoulade Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 shallot, minced
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. lemon zest (rind)
1/8 c. Creole mustard
Preparation

Place all items in blender; mix well.
Refrigerate to chill. Use on boiled shrimp.
Serve on bed of lettuce.
