Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
    juice of 2 1/2 lemons
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. unbleached white flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice plus 2 Tbsp. water
    1 to 2 lemons, sliced thin
Preparation
    Place chicken in a bowl or casserole.
    Cover with lemon juice and marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight, turning chicken periodically.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0 Put margarine and olive oil in a shallow baking pan and melt margarine.
