Grouper With White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) dressed grouper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 bunch scallions, sliced
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. fresh thyme
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Wash and dry grouper; place in an earthenware baking dish with 2 tablespoons melted butter, mushrooms and onions. Add the bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and dot with the remaining butter. Pour the wine over all. Bake 20 to 45 minutes, depending on thickness, basting occasionally, until fish flakes.
