Mom'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. mayo
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. sweet relish
    1 tsp. salt
    4 hard boiled eggs
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes for 30 minutes, peel, cut up and place in salad bowl.
    Add celery and onion.
    Mix together mayo, sugar, vinegar, relish and salt; gently toss potatoes to coat.
    Slice eggs over top.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
